News,Latest News,Top 3 Credit Cards With Most Satisfied Customers

Are you satisfied with your credit card company? Customer satisfaction is an important concept when it comes to credit cards, because it typically influences how much you use your card, and if you prefer to use one card versus another. A favorable customer satisfaction experience with your credit card company can even make your life a little bit easier, or at least slightly more pleasant.
That's why it's important to know which credit card companies rank highest when it comes to positive customer experiences. According to a recent study by J.D. Power, American Express and Discover tied for first place in credit card customer satisfaction with a score of 819 on a 1000-point scale. Chase came in a close third with a score of 789. The survey is in its eighth year and measures six factors involved in customer satisfaction level –  credit card terms, interaction, billing and payment, rewards, benefits and services, and problem resolution.
If you're interested in great cards that combine J.D. Power-approved customer satisfaction with terrific features, take a gander at these three winners:
Combining American Express' top-rated customer satisfaction with strong cash back rewards, Blue Cash Preferred Card from American Express features a remarkable 6% cash back at supermarkets (on up to $6K annually in purchases), unlimited 3% back at gas stations and select department stores and 1% on all other purchases. There is a $75 annual fee, but for most people it probably make sense, particularly if you spend a large percentage on groceries and gas or at department stores each month . You'll also enjoy a $100 cash back bonus and one year of Amazon Prime after spending $1,000 in the first 3 months. Add to that a 0% intro APR for 15 months on purchases and balance transfers and you've got a smart pick.
2.Discover it Card:-Also earning top customer satisfaction marks, the Discover it Card offers 5% cash back in categories that rotate quarterly (on up to $1,500 in purchases per quarter) and 1% cash back on everything else. The 5% categories are online shopping and department stores from now through the end of December, so you can take advantage of this to earn some extra dough on your holiday shopping purchases. Just note that you need to register each quarter to receive the 5% cash back. You'll also enjoy a 14-month 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers, no annual fee, no foreign transaction fees and afree FICO Credit Score online and on your monthly statements.
3.Chase Freedom:-Right on the heels of Amex and Discover, Chase's high customer satisfaction marks mean the Chase Freedom card is a strong contender, particularly for anyone whose credit may not be considered "excellent". Instead, this card is targeted at those with "good" credit – typically considered to be a credit score between 660 and 724. Plus it offer great features like 5% cash back in rotating categories (on up to $1,500 in purchases per quarter) and 1% cash back on everything else. Currently you'll earn 5% cash back at Amazon.com, Zappos.com and select department stores until December 31st. Similar to the Discover it Card you will need to register each quarter to receive the 5% cash back, but it's definitely worth it. You'll also earn a $100 cash back bonus after spending $500 in the first 3 months, and be able to take advantage of a 15-month 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers (pay no interest until 2016 on your holiday purchases!).
